We at Ratan Sarees know how important it is to receive your order in the finest condition, and on time. So we use multiple networks of courier partners to deliver your products to you as early as possible. Our delivery executives will attempt to deliver your product/s to you from Monday – Friday 10am – 7pm. At the moment our delivery executives do not deliver on Sunday & Bank holidays. Our shipping policy is as below.
Carriers: We use a variety of carrier such as Delhivery, EcommExpress, WowExpress & Fedex to deliver your products. For regions that our delivery partners do not serve, we will use an alternate means to deliver your parcel to you, details of which will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp. Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 1-3 days and you should receive the parcel between 3 – 7 working days.
Shipping Rates: Shipping is free for all orders. We do not offer COD at the moment but do plan to introduce in the future.
Back Orders: In case an item from your order is out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. Alternatively our customer support team will reach out to you incase you would like to replace it with another product. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Cancellations: Ratan Sarees reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation. Incase you’re order requirement cannot be met, we will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made via registered email or WhatsApp. Any cancellation made from the customers side, before the order is shipped, will incur a Rs. 200 cancellation charge. Any delivery charges levied will not be refunded. The refund will be processed once we receive the parcel back at our store which is usually a period of 7 – 10 days. Incase a product is already delivered to you, cancellations will not be entertained.
